Error messages

"Failed to load control 'RichTextBox' from richtx32.ocx. Your version of richtx32.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application"
If you get this error when attempting to print do the following:
1) Copy the file  richtx32.ocx  from the root of the Explore Interactive CD to the  C:\Windows\System32  folder on your PC.
2) Restart your PC.

"Run-time error '53': File not found"   when attempting to print from a computer running Windows XP
If you get this error when attempting to print do the following:
1) Copy the file  richtx32.ocx  from the root of the Explore Interactive CD to the  C:\Windows\System32  folder on your PC.
2) Click on the "Start" button on the task bar
in Microsoft Windows.
3) Click on "Run".
4) Type in the following in this box:
            regsvr32 richtx32.ocx
5) Click on "OK.

If this does not solve the problem you can use the following workaround:
1) Create a folder called  "Explore"   on the C: drive on your hard disk.
2) Download an updated version of the print file to the  C:\Explore  folder created in step 1).
    Click here to download the file (size is only 28kb).
3)
Copy the maps, walk descriptions and the information file from the root of the Explore Interactive CD to the  C:\Explore  
    folder on your PC.  The maps are named map01.jpg - map31.jpg and the walk descriptions Walk01GB.rtf - 
    Walk31GB.rtf.  In addition copy the file WalksGB.txt.
4) Download the shortcut to the  C:\Explore  folder and copy the shortcut from here to your desktop.
    Click here to download the shortcut (size only 1kb)
5) Click on the shortcut to use the print program.

Alternatively, you can open
open each map directly from the Explore Interactive CD with any standard graphics program and print the map from this program.  You might have to make some maps smaller before printing.  The walk descriptions can also be printed in the same way using any standard word processor program. 

"System Error H8007007E (-2147024770) The specified module could not be found"   when attempting to print from a computer running Windows XP
1) Copy the file  richtx32.ocx  from the root of the Explore Interactive CD to the  C:\Windows\System32  folder on your PC.
2) Click on the "Start" button on the task bar
in Microsoft Windows.
3) Click on "Run".
4) Type in the following in this box:
            regsvr32 richtx32.ocx
5) Click on "OK.

2) If a solution is not found you can open each map directly from the Explore Interactive CD with any standard graphics    
    program and print the map from this program.  The maps are named MapXX.jpg where xx is the walk number.  You might
    have to make some maps smaller before printing.  The walk descriptions can also be printed in the same way using any 
    standard word processor program.  The walk descriptions are named WalkXXGB.rtf where XX is the walk number.  You can

    also print the information files in the same way, the file names are Info1GB.rtf - Info9GB.rtf.
