Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions below applies to all products sold by Explore Interactive.
• By ordering you have accepted these terms and conditions.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to order from Explore Interactive.
• Errors in product information or any other information given on this website does not give you the right to 
• cancel the purchase or to make any claims against Explore Interactive.
• The product is bought as-is and any errors in the software does not give you any right to refunds or
• cancellation of the purchase.
• Also, Explore Interactive is not responsible for any problems arising from the customers hardware or
• software.
• Postage/packing is additional to the item prices.  This is shown as a separate item on the order page.
• In some countries import taxes and/or other charges may be payable in addition.  Explore Interactive has
• no control over or responsibility for any such charges.
• Prices given are valid only for orders made the same day.
• Payment is by credit card only - Visa or Mastercard.
• Goods are normally dispatched within two working days if in stock. 
• Refunds are not given.
• If the software media (CD) is faulty on receipt of the product email sales@explore-interactive.com for
• instructions on how to obtain a replacement CD.  Do not return the product without prior agreement with
• Explore Interactive.  Return postage will be paid by the customer. 
• If product replacement is accepted but Explore Interactive finds the product to be in perfect working
• order when received the customer will pay return postage.
